Severe Damage to Crawlspace in Elizabeth, NC

Due to Hurricane Florence, this residential experienced damages from water intrusion by the flooding. With all the damages in the Carolinas many homes were not able to be taken care of in the immediate moment. When we received the call to go out to this home it had been 20 days since the water was sitting there. 

When water sits in a confined space that involves deep pockets of saturation, it will require lower specific humidity to dry and will require a longer time at that lower speed. Once the Crawlspace was dried it was treated with anit-microbial to prevent microbial to grow on remaining structure materials.
